Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and if we do we will refund you in full.
Every print is made to order after you buy it.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The price shown includes free shipping within the United States. There are no handling fees or surcharges. Sales tax is calculated at checkout and is the only amount added to the price shown.
We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

The artwork
All images on this site are the work of Sydnie Raup and remain her property. Buying a print buys you the physical print. It does not transfer copyright or any license to the image.
You may not reproduce, scan, copy, resell as a reproduction, or use any image on this site commercially without written permission.
Using this site
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Accuracy
We try to describe our products accurately. Screens vary, so printed color may differ slightly from what you see on your display. Paper specifications come from our print partner's published product information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under California or federal consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
