How long will my print take?

Every print is made after you order it. Production takes 2 to 5 business days and delivery a further 3 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within 5 to 13 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico take longer, typically an additional 7 to 12 business days. These are estimates based on our print partner's published times, not guarantees.

What am I actually buying?

An open edition print on 180 gsm matte archival paper, printed with pigmented archival inks. Open edition means it is not numbered and not limited. Prints are not signed.

Where is it printed?

In the United States, by our print partner in Duluth, Georgia.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping within the US is free and already built into the price. There is no handling fee and no surcharge. Sales tax is the only amount added at checkout.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment. We ship within the United States and its territories only.

How does it arrive?

Flat, in a rigid mailer, protected against bending. Unframed and unmounted.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email hello@auraup.co with your order number and a photo showing the problem, within 21 days of delivery. We will replace it free or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send anything back.

Can I return a print I simply do not want?

No. Each print is made for your order, so an unwanted print cannot be resold. Please check the size and the image before ordering. If you are unsure, write to us first.

Will the colour match my screen?

Closely, but not exactly. Screens emit light and paper reflects it, and every screen is calibrated differently. Matte paper in particular reads slightly softer than a backlit display.

How should I look after it?

Keep it out of direct sunlight, which fades any print over time. Handle the surface by the border. If you frame it behind glass, it will last considerably longer.
